Green tea
It relieves itchy eyes, reduces swellings and contributes to eye health.
Brew 2 bags of green tea in hot water for a few seconds. Squeeze the bags, remove them from the water and put the bags and tea separately in the fridge to cool them down. After you wash your eyes with green tea, close your eyes and put the teabags on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this 3 times a day.
