Green Tea
Green tea can be consumed either hot or cold. Green tea, which allows to focus and reduces sleepiness thanks to its caffeine content, is used as a natural product that helps with many health issues, such as cancer treatment or stomach and bowel problems.
Remove the boiled water from heat, wait for it to cool down for 3 to 4 minutes and add 1 teaspoon of dried green tea leaves for every glass. Green tea is brewed in 2-3 minutes.
