Thyme Tea
You can prepare the thyme tea, which helps with sore throat, headache, bronchitis, indigestion, gas, cough and rheumatic pains and which is a rich source of minerals and vitamins, out of both dried and fresh thyme.
If you are going to use fresh thyme, 2 teaspoons of thyme for 2 big glasses will be enough, and if you are going to use dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of thyme will be enough. The best way to brew a herbal tea is to remove the boiling water from heat and pouring it over the herb that is placed in another cup and waiting for it to brew.
