Frequently moisturize your skin.

Since soap, detergent and other strong chemicals can cause skin dryness, use products that contain moisturizer and that are suitable for sensitive skin.

Try not to sweat. Do not wear thick clothes during hot weathers.

Be careful about covering your hands and face during cold weathers.

After taking a bath, pat your skin with a towel and apply moisturizer or oil while your skin is still wet.

Instead of long and hot baths, prefer short and warm showers. Do not shower too frequently.

Drink 2-4 liters of water every day.
