Increase iron intake
People who have iron deficiency commonly experiences cold hands and feet. This is caused by not being able to provide enough oxygen to tissues and organs, since there isn’t enough hemoglobin.
To fight against the iron deficiency, consume iron-rich foods, such as apple, date, lentil, liver, red meat, spinach, soy bean flour, tofu, almond, dry apricot, olive, peppergrass, asparagus and oyster.
