Almonds
Foods like almonds, walnuts and cashew are very healthy for breastfeeding mothers. The proteins, fibers, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are present in almonds are important for the overall health of both mother and the baby. It is a source of calcium. With its monounsaturated fat content, it enriches the breast milk.
Eat 5 – 6 raw almonds every day. Try to avoid roasted and salted kinds.
