Fenugreek
Both its seeds and leaves help increasing the milk production. Its choline content promotes the healthy development of babies. It also contains plenty of iron, fiber, calcium, vitamins and minerals.
Consume 1 glass of fenugreek tea every day. Keep 1 spoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water over night and boil it in the morning.
If you have diabetes or peanut allergy, stay away from fenugreek and do not consume it during pregnancy!
