Do not put on thick clothes
When he/she is at home or going outside, do not put too thick clothes on your children. Unnecessarily thick clothes causes them to sweat too much and get sick more easily. Instead, 2-3 layers of regular clothes that protects the heat would be enough. This way, you can remove some clothes according to the temperature and prevent your child from sweating. In order to avoid heat loss, cover his/her head well.
